Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Thousands of Bolts! 🐿️

This website is operated by Thousands of Bolts (“1000s of Bolts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 240 High Street, Washingtonville, OH 44490.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Fabric

We take pride in offering first-quality, quilt-shop fabric, much of it at or below wholesale cost.

Our fabric is new, stored as continuous yardage, and kept in a smoke-free warehouse with controlled temperature and lighting.

Please note that colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings. While we do our best to represent colors accurately, we cannot guarantee an exact match.

2. Fabric Cutting & Quantities

• Yardage is cut to order and shipped in one continuous piece whenever sufficient yardage is available.

• Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged. All returns are subject to the conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

• Our website displays real-time inventory, but occasional shortages may occur.

• We never substitute a different fabric without your approval.

Please review our Refund Policy for complete details about shortages, damaged items, and returns.

3. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Our “Compare to” prices represent the lowest regular price we identified for the same product at another retailer and are provided for comparison purposes.

We reserve the right to adjust prices, offer promotions, or discontinue sales at any time.

If an item is listed at an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

4. Orders & Payments

Your order is considered accepted once it has shipped.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout. Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers; we do not directly store your complete payment card details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. If an order is canceled for this reason, any payment collected will be refunded.

5. New Arrivals & Early Access

Fresh fabric arrivals are featured every Saturday, including Sewphie's Fabric Feature Premiere.

Certain Nutty Bolt Club membership tiers may receive early access to product releases, special sales, or exclusive offers.

Early access opportunities, availability, pricing, and promotional benefits are subject to change.

6. Nutty Bolt Club & Gift Cards
